4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services Refunds

Requests for refunds on service fees must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source. If a session has not yet commenced, you may opt to transfer your booking to another date by contacting our team. Certain live events and limited availability services are non refundable due to the commitment of venue partners and advance arrangements.

4.2 Information Products Refunds

Digital guides and similar products are eligible for a refund within 7 days of download if you have not accessed the full content. To request a refund, contact us with proof of non use. Approved refunds will be applied to the method used at purchase.

4.3 Goods Refunds

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
